All cars parked on the street and in guest spaces during a snow
storm will be towed. Please remove your vehicle from the street the night before any snow alert to avoid being towed. Anyone who is towed will be responsible for all payments associated with the removal of the vehicle.

All sidewalks in the community will be maintained by the Association.
